miniMist® break-through drug delivery

Patented drug delivery mechanisms in miniMist® through the Breease® pacifier, make at-home administration of inhaled medication to infants and children easy – and 4 times more accurate than any other solution. With the direct healthcare cost of asthma in the U.S. alone at 56Bn$ every year, and treatment adherence estimated to be under 10%, risk of under dosage and overdosage of costly medicines, the world needs a solution now.

Treat children more effectively and affordably

miniMist® let you deliver exactly the right amount of medicine, to the right place and treat illnesses such as asthma and cystic fibrosis. They’re also easier for caregivers to use and non-scary for kids, vitally increasing treatment adherence. That means health outcomes and quality of life for kids go up while the cost of the treatment goes down, improving affordability.

Breease® is the world’s first breathe-through, air-filtering pacifier

Breease’s breathe-through air filter function lets caregivers reduce exposure of children’s airways to air pollution from infancy, to protect their health and give them the best start in life. According to the World Health Organization’s count, about 600,000 children die every year as a direct result of air pollution and over 90% of the world’s children breathe toxic air every day.

We’re on a mission to change that.

Do children really breathe through Breease?

Studies of breathing patterns reveal that most infants and children breathe through both their noses and mouths simultaneously ¹ ². Compared to zero protection from air pollution without Breease®, our trials show that typically 30% of inhaled air enters children’s airways via Breease® and is filtered. In case of congested nasal passages due to colds or allergies, up to 100% of inhaled air enters via Breease® and is filtered.
